We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable (unless defective).

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

If your product is damaged, incorrect, or defective, you may also choose to receive a free replacement instead of a refund — we’ll ship the replacement at no extra cost.

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at checkout.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
